Want to apply for the UNCP Music Department? Follow these steps :

1. Choose an audition date from our list online

Our Spring Audition dates for 2018 are February 17, March 17,  and April 28.

2. Complete the online application to the music department.

 3. Apply to the university.

4. See if you qualify for music scholarship

5. Start working on the Audition Requirements 

• Play a selection from the standard repertoire for flute with contrasting sections, or select two contrasting movements or works. The use of accompaniment is not required, but we are happy to hear you with accompaniment.
• Play major scales and arpeggios (at least two octaves for all scales).
• Sight read a short selection.

Telemann : 12 Fantasias (any two movements short contrasting movements)
